6. Shipping Policy

We generally process orders within 1–3 business days. After an order has been shipped, estimated transit time is 5–10 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on order circumstances, transportation conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

For orders with a total value below $80, a standard shipping fee of $8 applies. Orders totaling $80 or more qualify for free shipping.

We ship only to valid delivery addresses within the United States. Products are dispatched from overseas warehouses and transported internationally before being delivered within the United States. We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) arrangements, under which we cover applicable import duties, taxes, and import customs clearance charges. Under normal circumstances, you will not be required to pay additional import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges upon delivery.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

You may generally submit a cancellation request within 24 hours after placing an order. However, submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. Whether cancellation is possible depends on the order status when we receive your request.

Orders that have not yet entered subsequent fulfillment processes may be easier to cancel. Once an order has entered order processing, warehouse picking, packing, sorting, handover to a carrier, or transit, cancellation may no longer be possible. We will make reasonable efforts to intercept an order when feasible.

Orders that have already shipped are no longer handled through the order cancellation process and will instead be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

If a cancellation is successfully completed and the order qualifies for a refund, we will generally process the refund within 1–5 business days. The actual time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
